- We analyse the nutrition-related factors based on your genetic report, from the most general to the most specific aspect. From the metabolism of macronutrients, such as lipids or fats, to the detoxification system, lactose intolerance or tolerance to caffeine.
- We analyse every possible environmental factor: current physical condition, food preferences, allergies, current dietary and supplementation plan, meal times, training times, training types… and even blood tests!
- We keep in touch through Whatsapp in case we need to ask any further details to complete your dietary plan.
