How do we work?
Specific training
We design your workouts to get the most out of you. Often depending on your genetics, planning and goals, we can achieve a performance improvement of up to 8% with less training load. We train to ensure you get the best version of yourself. Quite often, without even realising, we add more weight or we follow training methods that are not good for us.
General training
Strength training is essential for an athlete’s performance. With the #BaigeneMethod we use genetics, taking into account your physical condition, environmental factors and sport, to help you perform better in your field. Our exclusive Baigene Strength Method (BSM) helps you to perform at the highest level, lengthen your career and avoid injuries with the minimum dose of exercise.
